MORE SUPPORT

Free Meeting Observations – Supporting Stronger Communities

To promote accountability and better governance across Hawaii’s condominiums, I reserve a select number of complimentary meeting observation slots each year. This outreach effort is designed to empower associations—especially those navigating conflict, leadership changes, or procedural confusion.

My role during the visit is to observe quietly and provide the requesting party with insight on how the board can operate more smoothly, fairly, and in alignment with its own rules and governing documents.

This no-cost opportunity is offered as a public service to strengthen owner knowledge, encourage transparent leadership, and foster healthier board dynamics.
