📋 Mobile Notary Services & Rates
• Acknowledgment or Jurat: $5.00 per signature.
• Certified Copy of a Document: $5.00 per copy.
• Noting a Protest of Mercantile Paper: $5.00 per protest.
• Travel or Wait Time – A flat travel fee of $35 covers up to the first ½ hour of travel. Travel-related expenses (e.g., mileage, parking, airfare) will be billed separately. Additional time is billed at $60/hour, calculated in 15-minute increments.

Clients may be required to submit payment in advance, particularly for first-time engagements. All services are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement or deposit.

Sliding Scale for Financial Hardship
Businesses and individuals experiencing financial hardship may qualify for a reduced rate. To be considered, please complete and submit a Financial Aid Request Form (from www.localparliamentarian.com/aid). Sliding scale discounts are determined based on demonstrated need and available capacity.
Non-Profit Discount – 15% Off
Registered 501(c)(3) or equivalent nonprofit organizations are eligible for a 15% discount on all standard rates. To receive this discount, submit a written request along with your organization’s IRS determination letter or official state registration documents at the time of booking.
