Jessica M. Herzog is a Hawaii State Notary public; commission No. 21-5, expires 4/11/2029.

Since 2024, Jess has been a proud member of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP), actively volunteering in a variety of roles at the local, state, and national levels.

While not yet a Registered Parliamentarian with NAP, Jess’ growing knowledge of parliamentary procedures and the laws governing condo associations allows her to offer valuable insights and quality referrals. Her commitment to learning and collaborative approach make her a reliable resource for boards seeking structure and clarity in their operation.
